  1. Forum - The forum is is a great resource since many users contribute there. There are common tips and solutions. Please visit the forum.
  2. Email - You are welcome to send an email to supportdesk@publicftp.com. We will answer as quickly as possible. Note that we cannot change your password over email. You must use the "forgot my password" tool for this function.
  3. Phone - If after consulting the forum (asking a question, waiting for answer), and sending us an email, if you still can't figure it out, then we will work with you over the phone. However, phone support is offered on a call back basis only. At this time, we do not provide call-in phone support.
